Meatballs: Fry frozen for a few minutes until golden brown. Transfer to a baking dish. Add your favourite sauce and bake in the oven @ 350 degrees for 35 minutes, or until internal temperature has reached 160 degrees.

Sauce: Mix together and pour sauce over meatballs, cover and bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until internal temperature has reached 160 degrees. Serve and Enjoy!

    Kevin’s Meatball Sweet and Sour Sauce
  • I cup of water.
  • I cup of homemade Schielke Farm tomato juice or I can tomato soup.
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • I cup ketchup
  • 3 tsp. soya sauce.
  • 2 cups of brown sugar
  • 2T corn starch
  • Mix together and pour sauce over meatballs, cover and bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until
  • internal temperature has reached 160 degrees.

  • Tanya’s Meatball Mushroom Sauce
  • 1 medium white onion chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1-2 tbsp. flour
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Finely chop one medium white onion and fry for a few minutes until softened, add sliced
  • mushrooms and fry until tender.
  • While onions and mushrooms are cooking, make the following white sauce.
  • Melt 1 tablespoon of butter and then add 1-2 tablespoon flour stir, add 1 cup of milk, stir until
  • thickened and smooth. Add ¼ teaspoon nutmeg and salt and pepper to taste.

  • Tanya’s Sour Cream Meatball Sauce
  • 1 large white onion chopped
  • 1 medium carrot shredded
  • 1 cup of chicken broth (homemade is best)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Fry onions for a few minutes until softened, add shredded carrots and sauté a few more
  • minutes.
  • Mix together and pour sauce over meatballs, cover and bake at 350 for 35 minutes, or until
  • internal temperature has reached 160 degrees.

  • I large onion chopped
  • Half of green bell pepper chopped
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms sliced
  • Fry together until tender.
  • Add I cup chicken broth (homemade is best)
  • 2 cups of tomato sauce
  • ½ teaspoon of sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • A pinch of chilli flakes
  • ½ teaspoon of sugar sauté for 10 minutes on medium low
